• Gate opens at 5:45 pm
• A line will commonly begin forming before 5:45 pm with other excited Witches, Mystics, and Goddesses.
  • I recommend arriving between 5:40-5:55 pm to get in line for check-in, so you have time to settle into your spot in the circle, gather your Ceremony SWAG, Feast, Raffle & Shop.

• We begin the festivities promptly at 6:50 pm

• This will last until around 9:30-ish. Please allow a little more time in case things get extra magickal!!

Please note this circle will be outside in my garden sanctuary Rain, Shine, Warm Or Chilly. Refunds are not given for inclement weather, cancellations after 10/17/26 or for no-shows. No Exceptions

• ☽✪☾ While October evenings may be chilly, with an average daytime high of 65 and a sunset low of 40 degrees, it adds a potent frequency to the evening experience. And besides, Witches can handle a little Hallows chill to celebrate such a Magickal time of the year.

This is a very down-to-earth experience and will be an outdoor experience sitting on the earth.

• Due to Ground Seating, bring a * blanket to sit on. I highly recommend you bring a yoga mat folded in half to insulate you from the chilled ground and any moisture. Bring a sitting pillow or bolster if you desire. Whatever you need to be comfortable.
  • Due to the size of the circle, your allotted ground space will be the equivalent of a yoga mat folded in half
    • If you absolutely need a chair, I will have several available! No need to bring one!
• A coat or * blanket to wrap up in.
• Fingerless gloves are wonderful to keep hands warmer and be able to do the ritual

• Dress as UP or DOWN as you like, as long as you are comfortable for ground seating and dressed for the season’s crisp Autumn eve.
  • Witch Hats & Crowns are TOTALLY appropriate and encouraged, but NOT required! You BeYOUtiful!!

• A journal and pen
• A glass votive candle holder. One that is tall enough to prevent a candle from being blown out by any breeze
• * A small ceremony bowl (palm-sized is good).
• An item, image, letter of a loved one(s) to add to your altar and be represented in the circle (Can also take it to the cauldron to be burned)
• Feel free to bring any sacred tool that desires to be cleansed and absorb the high-frequency transmission of the evening to add to your altar
• Bring your old spells, letters, or small items ready to go to the cauldron fire and release!
• Drum or rattle if you have one!
• * Shopping & Raffle money. Cash in small bills is preferred, but I can accept Venmo, Cash App, and Apple Pay.
  • The raffle is a gathering favorite with several FABULOUS items to win. This year… someone will win an epic item for the grand prize…… Your entrance gets you one ticket. Be ready to purchase more… just saying
  • PLEASE NOTE RAFFLE TICKETS ARE SOLD IN 4’S. You will need to purchase in increments of 4, 8, 12, 16, 20, etc
